At TrendMorph, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience, from order placement to delivery. Our Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how we handle order processing, shipping times, and delivery methods. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. This timeframe includes the customization and production of your print-on-demand items. Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via our delivery partners.
- Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email at support@trendmorph.com, detailing your purchase and estimated shipping time.
- Delays: Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances like public holidays or supply chain disruptions. We will notify you if any significant delay occurs.
2. Shipping Rates and Times
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.
- Delivery Timeframes: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- Domestic Shipping (within India): 5-10 business days
- International Shipping: 10-20 business days (depending on the destination)
These estimates are subject to change based on carrier conditions, weather, and customs processes for international orders.
3. International Shipping
- Customs and Import Duties: For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may apply. These fees are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check your country’s import policies before placing an order.
- Delivery Delays: Customs clearance can cause additional delays in delivery. We cannot control customs processing times, so we ask that you account for potential delays when placing international orders.
4. Tracking Your Order
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real-time. This will help you stay updated on the status of your delivery.
- Issues with Tracking: If there are any issues with your tracking or if you do not receive your package within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@trendmorph.com, and we will assist you.
5. Delivery Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: TrendMorph is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier. We recommend checking with neighbors or contacting your local post office if you believe your package has been stolen.
- Incorrect Address: It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatching the item.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please ensure you provide a valid physical address for delivery.
- Remote Areas: Delivery to remote or rural locations may take longer than the standard delivery times.
