Cancellation and Refund Policy

At TrendMorph, we strive to provide you with high-quality, custom-made clothing and accessories. Since many of our products are custom-made, we have specific policies regarding cancellations and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation

  • Timeframe for Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once this 24-hour window has passed, your order will move into production, and cancellations will no longer be accepted.
  • How to Cancel an Order: To cancel your order, please contact our customer support team at support@trendmorph.com with your order details within the 24-hour period. We will process your request and confirm your cancellation via email.

2. Modifications to Orders

  • Timeframe for Modifications: If you need to make any changes to your order (e.g., size, color, or design), you must contact us within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • How to Modify an Order: Modifications can be requested by emailing our support team at support@trendmorph.com. After 24 hours, we will be unable to make any changes to your order, and it will proceed to production as confirmed.

3. Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Since our products are custom-made to your specifications, we generally do not offer refunds unless the product is defective or the order received is incorrect.
  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the return and inspection of the product.
  • Refund Process: Once the returned item has been inspected and approved for a refund, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Refunds are only applicable to the price of the product and do not include shipping fees unless the error was on our part.

4. Return Shipping for Defective Items

  • Return Shipping Fees: If the product is defective or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If the return is for any other reason (if eligible), customers are responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. Non-Refundable Products

  • Custom Products: Since most of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on custom items unless they are defective or incorrect.
  • Clearance or Sale Items: Any items sold as clearance or as part of a sale are final and cannot be returned or refunded.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

  • To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact our support team at support@trendmorph.com with your order number, photos of the defective product (if applicable), and a description of the issue. We will guide you through the next steps.
